Burger Street cares about what you think and wants you to communicate with us. There are three avenues available for you to directly communicate with us and none of the information you provide us will ever be given to a anyone else for any reason.
Comment cards – From the time we opened our first restaurant in 1985, we have included a postage-paid comment card with every order. Each card is systematically read and acted upon by our management staff.
Customer service line – You may call 800-336-7881 24 hours a day. We periodically review the messages left on this service and act upon them when necessary.
On-site management - Each restaurant is operated by a General Manager, Assistant Manager or a Shift Leader. If you have any concern about that establishment you are encouraged to start a dialogue with any of these supervisors and address any concerns you have.
